“I LOVE FILLING UP AT THE HUNGRY HUT!
THE ATMOSPHERE IS GREAT AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS AMAZING.”
-Josh M.
Tristan & Dani
While Tristan was born into the business of skiing, his passion for food and the restaurant life began 14 years ago at age 16 when he began working for a variety of restaurants in the Reno/Lake Tahoe region. At the youthful age of 24 he took over the $2 million food and beverage operation at China Peak, handling five locations and the China Peak Inn.
Daniela Quesada was born in Visalia into a large Mexican and Spanish family that enjoys joyous gatherings with great food and good times. She was educated in the dental field but saw the opportunity with Tristan to own and operate one of the iconic establishments in Fresno County, the Hungry Hut.
Tristan and Dani can be found with their one-year-old daughter Stevie Rose enjoying North Fresno, the Quesada ranch in Visalia, China Peak and of course their business in Shaver Lake. Tristan continues his role as Director of Food and Beverage at China Peak, while Dani manages the business side of the Hut. In the summer you'll find Tristan busy at the Hut, while in the winter at his post at Fresno's most popular winter scene, the famous Buckhorn Bar & Grill at mid-mountain on the slopes of China Peak.
